Return Policy
We want your return business so we do our best to Make, Package & Ship our products in the Best, Safest and most Timely Manner Available. If you aren't happy with your purchase and would like to return it please do so within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly refund the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. There is a 20% Re-Stocking Fee on Turkeys and Full Size Turkey Legs. There are no refunds on Custom Orders. Item's returned need to be received by us in sellable condition. We will gladly try to correct any problems with your purchase. If you have been overcharged for shipping costs we will refund the difference, ASAP. Shipping arrival times are only estimates based on the Postal Service and conditions that are beyond our control....ie, weather and outages that may result from weather, storms or other "Acts of God". For 20 years and the pioneer in the Gel Candle Embeds/Fake Food Industry, We have taken great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service and in the handmade products we sell. All of our wax products are handmade "fresh" when ordered. Our processing time usually runs about 3-4 days. Larger order's may take a wee-bit longer. Please Note: The fake food items here are made of wax and can break. These are NOT recommended for people with small children as they could be a choking hazard.
